Brain Care
I have discovered that as time goes by my body changes. Things that I could to do with great ease when I was 18 years old are much more difficult to do now at this age of fifty something. Hair stops growing in places where it used to grow and starts growing in places where it didn’t used to grow. How embarrassing sometimes? What’s up with that? I don’t think I like this aging thing.
You know what else I have discovered? As time goes by my back and spine changes. Have you discovered that yet? No?! Wait until you get to my age, you will!! Part of the reasons why I have created back care book, (No Pain Your Gain), Backcare Podcast, Online Backcare Courses and Backcare website is to educate you so that you don’t have the terrible back pain experiences that I have lived through. So if this is not of interest to you, then adiós, sayōnara, our feet are same!! But if you find this interesting then please read on. And so as the body changes, so too must we change our thinking and behaviour if we want to remain healthy and well as long as possible.
So my suggestion is to keep moving the body but move it gently, and carefully taking care not to break it. Moving the body gently mean doing yoga. Preferably my style called CorYoga (this is with a mat) or back care for office workers, or back care for truck drivers. Whichever one you choose do it carefully and gentle.
