This Workshop is focused on two main activities, Partner Yoga and Gamification.

Partner Yoga: You will practice yoga with a partner to improve your day-to-day balance so that you are less likely to take a fall. You will also deepen stretching and strengthening so that you can improve your posture, body awareness, cognitive function, and have a blast!

Gamification: The interactive nature of our group games brings play, joy, and fun. You will learn synchronized movements, breathing, and non-verbal communication, which can improve understanding & co-operation.

All Levels of Experience

What to bring: Yoga mat, water to drink, hoodie or yoga blanket, playful attitude.
